New Releases that Stole My Heart

Have you ever wrote a book and fell absolutely in love with it? Or read one and felt the same way?

The two books I wrote in November under this Pen Name were straight from my heart. I just can’t get enough of them.

I want to start by talking about “Elvis The Little Prince and The Christmas Tail.”

We have this dog named Elvis, and He is such a character. Each of our dogs was picked by another dog in the house. We did this to make sure they fit in. Elvis was chosen by my husband and decided because he was fiesty.

True to his nature, he is the bossiest dog I’ve ever met, but he melts your heart when he pushes your hand up to make sure he gets all the love you can offer. He lets the other dogs in the house know not to get near his bowl, and the toys all belong to him.

He is the epitome of “The Little Prince”. He is a character, and since all of my books are based on real life people or pets in my life, I had to make a book about him.

Elvis is two years old and rules the house and everything we do. He does cuddle the best, though, so I never complain when he knocks anything out of my hand to get my attention, LOL.

The second book I published is “Pawpaw’s Recliner, Where For Art Thou.” This is the second book in the Pawpaw recliner series. If you read the first one, you will get a kick out of how the second one takes off on a whole different road. If you haven’t read the first one, go back and check it out.

Pawpaw’s recliner is one place every family can resonate. When you think of your Pawpaw, Grandpa, or whatever you call the patriarch of your family, you think of a specific spot in the house that they always sit or are at when you arrive during the holidays.

For my family, it’s Pawpaw, and he’s always in his recliner. Every child in our family has a picture of themselves in that recliner at one point. He has raised us all in that recliner. It only fitted that we wrote a book about it and made the adventures magical.

In the second book, the recliner is missing. For the first time in thirty years, all of the kids, who are scattered around the United States, come home for the holidays and help find the recliner.

I loved all the little scenes in this book and remembering all the parts of my country home.

I hope you enjoy both books as much as I did. As far as what I’m writing next? I haven’t decided yet, but I’m always up to something. I’ll figure it out soon.

Until next time my friends.
